The Sky Center/NMSIP has an exceptional opportunity for a Grant and Development Director. This position approximately 25-30 hours per week, with room for growth and expansion, will play a key role in this highly regarded behavior health and training center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Grants and Development Director is responsible for writing all grant applications, implementing, and maintaining contract agreements and contract compliance; identifying new funding streams, including individual donor cultivation; generating donor communications; and executing special events and fundraising campaigns.
The ideal candidate would have some experience with non-profit grant writing and fund management along with a range of development skills. We are willing to train and support a candidate with excellent writing and meticulous organization with a passion to learn and willingness to commit.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $36, and an excellent benefits package, including fully paid medical, option for dental and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement match and flexible hybrid work schedule.
