Provide hardware and software support to all properties, to include all front and back of the house.
Supports operations as Help Desk Technician.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years of age.
BS/BA in MIS and/or attainment of an industry recognized certification with demonstrated knowledge and proficiency on property systems or infrastructure at this jobs technical level.
Must have three years minimum professional experience within the I.T. industry.
Must have good working knowledge and prior experience in Windows 2000/XP and MS Office 2000/XP.
Must have strong working and demonstrated knowledge/proficiency in four (4) primary systems.*
Must have strong and demonstrated advanced PC setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written skills, including technical writing skills.
Proven expertise in maintaining and operating computer/communication systems.
