Opportunity Summary:
Silver Lining ABA is looking for full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts to work with children with developmental disabilities and supervise our team of RBTs. This opportunity is a leadership position that boasts full coverage benefits, full-time hours, and consistent schedules with a collaborative team! Eligiable candidates are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are also Certified Ohio Behavior Analysts (COBA). These are prerequisites to the position and candidates without these qualifications will not be considered for this position.
About Silver Lining ABA:
Silver Lining is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company that was established over a decade ago by a BCBA with an autistic child and a mother of a child with developmental disabilities. We are a team here at SLG, not just some corporate company. We have weekly, clinic specific staff meetings and training, provide constant support for our team members, and do not require overtime.
Our team impacts a community that is often forgotten and marginalized: children with developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome. We provide a therapy that we know firsthand and often empirically changes the lives of children with disabilities, sometimes within weeks or months of receiving treatment.

Competitive Candidates live in or near Columbus, Ohio. This is a full time position that requires in-home, school and in clinic sessions. This is a hybrid position with in-home, school, and some in clinic services.
Logistics and Details:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to address identified behavioral concerns
- Provide individualized behavior therapy services to clients with autism spectrum disorder
Collect and analyze data on client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing behavior intervention plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Experience Required:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and autism treatment
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques for monitoring client progress
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages
