The Shealey Law Firm is Seeking a Part-Time Paralegal / Legal Assistant in Charleston, SC.
Boutique law firm seeking experienced, motivated paralegal / legal assistant with a background in criminal defense, personal injury, civil litigation, and/or family law. Must be driven, focused, and eager to assist on all case matters.

Scheduling & Calendaring
Emailing and Correspondence
Client Interaction: Gathering/Conveying Information, Meetings
Drafting: Pleadings, Motions, Subpoenas, Notices
Familiarity with E-Filing (or willingness to learn)
Ensuring of Accurate Record Keeping
Case/Document Management
Attorney Assistance: Preparation of Hearings, Motions, Other Legal Proceedings
Trial Preparation: Exhibits, Hearing Binders, Etc.
