The Select Group is looking for a Project Support Specialist to join the top utility company in the San Diego, CA area. This role is located in San Diego, CA (Kearny Mesa area).

Work Schedule : 100% On-Site (Monday- Friday)

Work Hours : 6 : 30AM-3PM

Must-Have Skills :

• 2-5 years of professional administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in timekeeping processes
• Proficient in administrative tasks and document management
• Ability to handle purchases, including travel requests and supply orders
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge and abilities with the Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities :

Timekeeping / Time Entry (40%) :

• Generate various reports related to timekeeping entries for analysis and record-keeping purposes.
• Provide time entry coverage for other departments during extended absences.
• Run ARCOS reports to update call-out and prearranged lists.

Administrative Support (30%) :

Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Document Management (20%) :

• Manage the digitization process by sending completed as-built packages to the copy center.
• Upload digitized job packets to the Workstream application to facilitate the closure of the job process.

Purchases (10%) :

• Process travel requests efficiently.
• Order necessary supplies for the office.
• Submit and manage expense reimbursements.
