Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the daily operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and childcare, along with the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and physical development of children
- Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children
- Collaborate with parents to address individual child needs and communicate program updates effectively
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and administrative tasks related to the child care center

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
- Previous experience in higher education teaching or education administration (required)
- Demonstrated success in working with students or children in an educational setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to interact effectively with parents, staff, and children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
