Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the school
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Educate and mentor teachers, providing guidance and support
- Assist with curriculum development and evaluation
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support the Director in managing staff performance and professional development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
