The Santos Agency is Hiring a Remote Regional Sales Agent
Compensation
This role is commission-only
Average Part Time 1-2 sales/week = $25K - $50K per year
Average Full Time 3-5 sales/week = $75k - $125K per year
Role
This is a Remote/Virtual sales position selling life insurance products. We have a streamlined lead generation system and there is no cold calling involved. Our system will put you in front of qualified buyers who have a need and have requested our services.
The sales agent will call clients, set appointments, and meet with them for about 45 minutes to help them pick out the best insurance plan that fits their needs and budget. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.
The position is open to entry-level individuals and experienced professionals. Our team will continuously give you mentorship and guidance to build your skillset as an agent - But if you are not open to being your own boss/managing your own schedule - this might not be the role for you.
If you do not already have a Life/Health Insurance License - we have a process for obtaining one in as fast as 7-10 days by means of an online study course.
Responsibilities

Contact potential clients who have requested coverage
Shop around with the top A-rated insurance companies to find the best fit for clients
Present/Help clients pick out the best plan for them and fill out the application
Be a team player and participate in training calls
Attend remote training throughout the week
