About this opportunity :
ensures that all customers visiting the store have a pleasant experience.
Assists customers donating items to The Salvation Army; directs customers to the proper loading / unloading area to help haul donations to the storage area;
prepares and provides tax receipts as needed.
Answers the store telephone tactfully and courteously; assists customers by responding to questions and providing directions and general information;
may schedule and record donation pick-ups.

Light mobility : duties are usually performed by a combination of standing, walking, and primarily sitting.
