Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dock Worker to join our team. As a Dock Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility. Responsibilities: - Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment - Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery and equipment - Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and ensure accuracy - Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments - Assist with inventory management, including organizing stock and conducting cycle counts - Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency - Follow all OSHA guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Skills: - Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred - Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment - Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory tracking - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
