Save job Warehouse Compliance Coordinatorto cart **Job Title:** Warehouse Compliance Coordinator **Job Location:** Chicago, IL We have an outstanding career opportunity for a **Warehouse Compliance Coordinator** in our **Chicago, IL** facility.

DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) manages the flow of goods and information across a customer's global supply chain utilizing air/ocean/ground transportation, customs brokerage services, and dedicated warehousing/distribution centers. We are part of Deutsche Post DHL, the worlds leading logistics provider with operations in over 220 countries.

?**Responsibilities:**

* Assist Compliance Manager with oversight and assist / facilitate the efficient and economical operation and maintenance of all DHL owned or leased vehicles and related equipment. Assist with administering vehicle fleet policies regarding the purchase and disposal of vehicles, insurance and expense reports, accident reviews, safety and maintenance. Ensures the necessary number of vehicles is operational and available for use when needed.

* Monitor the inspection, licensing, and insurance of all vehicles ensuring all are in compliance with company policy and applicable governmental regulations.

* Communicates and coordinates with outside vendors who perform fleet maintenance.

* Assist with Drug & Alcohol Testing compliance awareness.

* Assist with Post-Accident and Reasonable suspicion drug screening, metrics and tracking including Last Chance Program.

* Assist with annual DOT MIS reports to ensure compliance with Federal regulations and help to coordinate DOT Medical driver cards.

* Review driver qualification requirements and ensure compliance with the overall DOT compliance to include DOT drug and alcohol testing program.

* Participates in audits and reporting to government agencies such as the Department of Labor, DOT/Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA), and other federal or state regulatory agencies.

* Assists with managing the Fitness for Duty policy and interpretation

**Skills & Qualifications** **:**

* Knowledge of Warehouse compliance, DOT regulations, and Health & Safety required

* Knowledge of fleet management

* Strong I.T. skills

* Knowledge of Kronos payroll software

* Prior union experience is a plus

* Strong Organizational and follow-up skills
