- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Expedite reservations and room assignments

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Inspect guest rooms and stage for arriving guests

```Experience:```

- Previous experience in professional customer service, guest services, or hospitality preferred, but not mandatory.

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures helpful but not required

- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact

- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

- Ability to work weekends a must

- Reliable attendance a must
