The Sagamore Resort is Hiring a Transportation Supervisor Near Bolton Landing, NY
Summary: Over all supervision of the transportation team, providing stellar service to our guests and team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Scheduling of the team and updating changes for the business's needs.
- Maintaining payroll and submitting in a timely manner.
- Staying informed of groups' needs for transportation.
- Assists passengers to enter and leave car, holds umbrellas in wet weather, and loads and unloads baggage and luggage.
- Makes overnight drives and extended trips requiring irregular hours.
- Keeps car clean, polished, and in operating condition.
- Drive Island and Golf shuttles routes.
- Drive airport, train, bus, etc. Arrivals and departures.
- Drive guests tours.
- Drive Sagamore shuttles for shopping, horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling, rafting, etc.
- Deliver and pick up messages, faxes, packages, etc. throughout the resort.
- Clean and wash vehicles.
- Operates Radio or similar devise to communicate with base station or other vehicles.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
