Recreation Supervisor
The Sagamore is seeking to hire a supervisor for our recreation department. This hard working, fun loving individual will oversee the operations and activities at our Recreation facilities. This team member will lead the recreation staff in engaging with our guests in recreational activities. We are looking for an individual who is organized, energetic and able to multitask. This job does require associates to be standing, walking, reaching, bending and kneeling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee recreation activities
· Guide and help train
· Monitor use of the indoor Rec Center which includes mini golf, basketball, wiffle ball, ping pong, billiards, foosball and video games.
· Provide equipment for activities to guests and clean returned equipment.
· Ensure all planned activities start on time, encourage and engage participants.
· Handles the set-up, preparation & clean-up of scheduled activities.
· Handles scheduling, reserving and billing of tennis and pickle ball courts.
· Be familiar with resort hours of operations and offerings.
· Communicate inventory and supply needs.
· Keep accurate attendance logs of guest usage.
