Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages following recipes or customer requests
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments and making drink recipes
- Knowledge of food safety standards to ensure safe beverage preparation
- Experience with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong bartending skills including mixing drinks and creating cocktails
- Excellent customer service skills to engage patrons and build rapport
- Sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
- Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Understanding of brewing processes for beer-related tasks
