- Must have a 4-year architecture, engineering or technical degree with 5-years min. full ground-up high-rise residential, hotel and office experience. Responsibilities include full quantity take-offs or surveys, estimates and budgets ranging from Conceptual & Schematic through Design-Development and Construction Documents for GMP-CMA Contract models.
- Jr. Estimators with 5-years experience as outlined herein, Salary offer range starts at $105,000/year.
- Estimators with 10-years experience as outlined herein, Salary offer range starts at $135,000/year.
- Estimators with 15-years experience as outlined herein, Salary offer range starts at $175,000/year.
- Sr. Estimators with 20-years experience as outlined herein, Salary offer range starts at $225,000/year.
