The Riley Center seeks a friendly, professional, and dependable Medical Receptionist (part-time and flexible)
Medical Billing Specialist/Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Assists Insurance Manager with filing of insurance claims and other duties related to medical billing as needed.
Maintains the cleanliness and order in the front lobby for visitors.
Greets clients and parents upon entering the building.
Assists Insurance Manager with obtaining and maintaining insurance authorizations.
Answers incoming calls and directs them to appropriate personnel.
Assists with client wait lists.
Understands electronic card payment data systems.
Opening and closing duties in the front office as scheduled.
Other duties as assigned.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
Qualifications: Organization and administrative skills required.
