The Right Staff is Hiring a Recruiting specialist Near Circle, MN

SEEKING CONTRACTOR CANDIDATES - HIGH-VOLUME RECRUITING EXPERIENCE NEEDED

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a globally based distributing and manufacturing client in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist Contractor to temporarily join their HR team at their Blaine, MN headquarters.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, nationally-based organization.

Essential Job Duties :

  • Write job descriptions and advertisements for various openings across the organization
  • Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards
  • Source candidates through online channels and attend recruiting events
  • Screen resumes and review applications
  • Track candidates through the hiring process using ATS
  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of onsite interviews with hiring managers

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field OR four years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in high-volume national recruitment and talent acquisition environments required.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and social media platforms.

Schedule, Pay, & Benefits :

  • Hybrid work model for MN residents only.
  • Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm
  • Pay starts at $28 / hr. And depends on experience.
  • Long-term contract opportunity w / possibility of contract-to-hire!
