Our Total Rewards Division is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Keene, NH. The Account Manager supports the Total Rewards Team and their clients directly and indirectly to assure that there is repeated success, the clients are fully satisfied and identify client’s new needs. While this position has the option to be remote, we do require that candidates be within driving distance to the office located at 51 Railroad Street Keene NH 03431.

KEY REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Exposure to Human Resources (HR) related software a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must possess exceptional independent judgement and decision-making skills
• Strong customer orientation required
• Good organizational and analytical skills required
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed; demonstrates self-confidence
• Ability to show empathy towards others
• Set professional tone of cooperation, team work and judgment
• Ability to manage stressful situations in a positive way

• Account Managers must attain a Life and Health Insurance License within 6 months of starting with The Richards Group.
