Position Responsibilities:

• Overall administrative support of Marketing activities
• Coordination of department paperwork
• Taking meeting minutes
• Scheduling and executing mailings
• Fulfilling literature requests
• Executing shipping requests
• Scheduling social media content on Renfrew platforms
• Compiling monthly social media analytics
• Transcribing podcast episodes
• Data entry
• Booking travel
• Inventory management
• Compiling reports
• Completing research
• Assisting in planning and execution of special events
• Coordination with Accounts Payable
• Office management

Education, Competencies, and Credentials :
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.
- Experience in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
Hours: 40 hours, M-F
