The REMM Group, is seeking a strategic and talented assistant manager for a 158 unit property in Huntington Beach, CA. The assistant property manager will be responsible for the supervision of the overall operations of the community, and maintaining the physical asset and financial performance. Must have previous multi-family, rent collection experience, excellent communication, and organizational skills. They must also demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be able to effectively manage, mentor and motivate their team.

•Assisting the Business Manager with management of assigned community by fulfilling leasing, marketing, financial, management, and administrative responsibilities as established by Business Manager and The REMM Group. • Reviews, analyzes and interprets market data. • Provides leadership to the team with a focus on strong team development. • Promotes client satisfaction and retention. • Develop and implement marketing and leasing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance. • Ensures that the community meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals. • Coordinates work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors. • Ensures that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet the Company's established standards.
