As Related Southeast embarks on bringing to market new office development and luxury residential developments we seek to grow our dynamic marketing team with a marketing coordinator. The marketing coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the team's efforts to promote Related Southeast's luxury condominiums and lifestyle office properties, drive brand awareness and generate leads. The marketing coordinator's responsibilities will include supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and assisting in various events, programs and promotions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the ideation of programming and recurring events
• Support with invoicing and communications with vendors
• Create event setup outlines and run of show with oversight from Vice President of Marketing
• Assist with events from set up to break down, including occasional nights
• Help create marketing assets
• Attend pre-event walkthroughs and planning meetings as required
• Create calendar and support execution of content on social, e-newsletters, blog, and more
• Help maintain all digital assets: website and phone messages
• Help keep record of all media coverage and ensure articles are posted to digital
• Monitor digital channels and respond to all guest inquiries and comments
• Develop broker relationships & support broker sales meetings as needed
• Maintain inventory of branded items and compile gifts as needed
• Take photos during events, during tours and of tenants to be used for digital channels
• Assist in distributing memos, directories and fliers to tenants and community partners
• Support with all photoshoots of properties as needed
• Support reporting and dashboard process for marketing team
• Support research and data projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Experience with conceptualizing, planning, marketing and running events
• Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Self-starter: proactive, resourceful and flexible
• Strategic thinker with solutions-orientation and strong desire to contribute to innovation within the organization
• Superior organizational skills and efficient multi-tasker
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high performance group with high expectations and tight deadlines
• A passion for technology, content and culture and hospitality
• Bachelor's degree or above
