Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team and take charge of coordinating multi-channel marketing engagements.

As the traffic controller and project coordinator, you will be the key liaison between our marketing team, management team, and agencies.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate end-to-end marketing initiatives, including planning, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
• Manage project timelines and vendor relationships.
• Serve as the main point of contact for agencies handling media buying, digital marketing, email campaigns, and content creation.
• Oversee affiliate program management and report on ROI.
• Optimize e-commerce website upsells / cross-sells for increased conversion.
• Implement and manage VIP / Loyalty programs.
• Assist in planning and executing trade shows and managing event logistics.
• Outreach and management of influencers and social media partnerships.
• Handle Bazaar Voice review management and analyze competitor activity.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and propose innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience in project management, data analysis, and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
