Open Position: Part Time Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer
Job Description
The Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut is seeking a Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer for our Brookfield facility. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
•Provide outstanding customer service to all members
•New Member orientations
•Assist members in creating and reaching fitness goals
•Floor supervision
•Equipment cleaning and maintenance and enforcing safety procedures
•To create a safe and friendly environment for members
Qualifications
•A current nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA preferred)
•Current CPR; First Aid; AED
•Outstanding customer service skills
We are seeking candidates with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Early morning, evening and weekend shifts available.
