Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure targets are met
- Provide sales support to customers before, during, and after the purchase process
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for processing transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
