Graphic Designer

- Produce graphic design assets in “finish” work or branding as needed for PURSUIT’s projects or social media.
- Present and create mood boards, storyboards, and project plans.
- Manage a project from ideation to completion by meeting and collaborating with creative team members and department leads.
- Assist the Art Director with tasks and projects.
- Produce design animation in the form of “finish” work as needed for PURSUIT’s video projects as needed.
- Animate pre-designed assets in the form of “finish” work as needed for PURSUIT’s video projects as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends.
- Adhere to the PURSUIT’s brand guidelines and creative direction of the Art Director.
- Attend all staff meetings, retreats, and required events.
- Model a passionate pursuit of the presence of God.
- Be able to pass both local and federal background checks.
- Follow all PURSUIT policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional-level skills and experience with people, and creative processes.
- Organizational and written skills.
- Entrepreneurial abilities, from big-picture strategy to operational details.
- Ability to lead staff, recruit, develop, and inspire people, and set clear expectations and accountability.
