As a member of a cross-functional team you will establish supportive working relationships, participate in personal development and mentoring programs, as well as create your own flexible work schedule.The JobThe Occupational Therapist (OT) as a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing in-home and childcare center EI services for children ages 0-3 who have or are at risk for developmental delays or have a diagnosed disability. The OT conducts an analysis of the child’s daily activities, home/community, as well as the need for adaptive equipment to provide occupational therapeutic treatments/interventions to improve the child’s functioning, independence, and performance. This position participates in evaluations, interventions, development, and strategies addressing family outcomes and the child’s individual needs in their Individual Family Service plan (IFSP). The OT provides services to clients through coordination and collaboration with team members, public/private and community service providers.Job Requirements•Master’s degree required.
