Position Overview:
We are in search of a results-driven Leasing Professional with a strong sales background to join our team. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for driving occupancy rates through effective marketing and leasing strategies tailored to the needs of prospective residents. This role requires exceptional sales skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting the unique features and amenities of our student housing properties to close leases.
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via various communication channels, providing detailed information on availability, rates, and lease terms while actively promoting the benefits of living in our communities.
  • Guide prospective residents through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to lease signing.
  • Utilize innovative marketing techniques and platforms to attract and engage prospective residents, including social media campaigns, campus events, and outreach initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current residents, fostering a sense of community and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the property management team to coordinate move-ins, turnovers, and maintenance activities to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and university events to effectively position our properties and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer service for current residents and capturing renewals.
  • Office assistance as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success in sales or leasing roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Preferably in a commission based role.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate prospective residents' schedules.
