Full Time: Monday- Friday, 7:45AM- 5:00PM with 1-hour lunch
Rotating Saturday Shift: 8:30a-12:30pm
We are seeking a full-time front desk member for our booming Pediatric Practice in Downtown Decatur. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a Pediatric clinical office setting and in-depth knowledge of all front office procedures. Excellent verbal communication is a must. We are willing to train the right candidate if they do not have experience.
•Greet patients and families upon arrival
•Check-in/ check-out, collect copay's, verify demographics and insurance
•Answer phones and schedule appointments
•Performs additional duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
•1-3 years of Healthcare experience, preferably Pediatric.
•Familiarity with computers and other office equipment.
•Basic typing and keyboard skills.
•Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
