The Premiere Group is Hiring a Data Analyst Near Columbia, MO

Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst at The Premiere Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our data-driven decision-making process. You will become a technical expert in data and reporting, working collaboratively across teams to refine, troubleshoot, and fulfill reporting requirements. This role demands a combination of strong development skills, analytical acumen, and the ability to build complex queries and data models that support our organizational objectives. Ability to flow with the changing demands of the business is a must.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Become a technical data and reporting expert, refining and troubleshooting reporting requirements across various domains.
  • Data Modeling: Build complex queries and data models based on specific reporting requirements with minimal errors.
  • Dashboard and Report Production: Produce and support dashboards and reports that are utilized across the organization.
  • Problem Solving: Use strong development and analytical skills to ideate and solve business problems, contributing to our culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Eligibility: Must be qualified to work in the United States. We are not sponsoring candidates at this time.
  • SQL Programming: At least 2 years of experience programming in SQL is required.
  • Business Intelligence Reporting: At least 2 years of experience designing business intelligence reports using tools such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a robust quality assurance process are essential.
  • Other programming languages: Intermediate level Python is a plus.
  • Independent Problem-Solving: Proven ability to independently approach complex problems with curiosity and an analytical mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing projects, and challenge the status quo.
  • Data Interpretation: A keen understanding of data interpretation and the ability to swiftly extract key insights from complex datasets.
