Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic candidates to join our Potlatch team. We are hiring for a part time and full time position as a Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional shopping experiences to our customers. We are looking for people who are honest, outgoing, super friendly, and hard working.

Part time position is 2-3 days per week. Full time position is 4-5 days per week. Applicants must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and special events. The Potlatch is open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm and extended hours of 10am-6pm during summer and holiday seasons.

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately, comfortable with cash handling, counting back change
• Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Ability to build rapport with all customers

Experience:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in jewelry sales or related field is a plus
• Proven sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous
