We are seeking a Clinical In-Center Supervisor who will support the Dialysis Clinic Manager (DCM) with the daily operation of the in-center dialysis unit by serving as a clinical resource and will assist the DCM with meeting the unit's objectives. The Clinical In-Center Supervisor is responsible for the provision of quality care management for patients of Pugent Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC), and for the documentation following established PSKC standards and practices. The primary responsibility of the position is to ensure that quality care is delivered to all patients. 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association. Must maintain an active BLS-CPR certification.
• Current Washington (WA) State for Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician Certificate (MA-HTC).
• Current National Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT).
• Minimum of two-year experience in healthcare OR
• Minimum of one years’ experience in hemodialysis OR case management.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) licensure is preferred.
• Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) & Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) training preferred.
• Prior experience with supervision preferred.
• Prior experience with patient education preferred.

Location and Hours:

This is a salaried, regular full-time (40 hours/week), exempt position with typical work hours Monday thru Friday. Primary work location will be PSKCs clinic in Mountlake Terrace though travel to other PSKCs clinic is required. 

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range for this position is $69,994.50 - $104.991.74 annually. Offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
