Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs

- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger repair projects

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Fabricate and install fixtures, equipment, and structures as needed

- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes

- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Leadership skills to supervise contractors and manage projects
