The Pointe At Cedar Park is Hiring a Part time Concierge Near Cedar, TX

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for enhancing resident services and providing up-to-date information in a more efficient and timely manner as well as greeting residents and visitors, answering the telephone and responding to both routine inquiries and emergencies, relaying calls to the proper department and performs a variety of related clerical duties. This position also sets up and sanitizes the resident dining room for lunch and dinner. The hours are 10a-6:30p and reports to the Business Office Manager or other assigned manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
  • Use proper telephone skills.
  • Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and complete maintenance request work orders.
  • Complete daily lunch and dinner service set up and sanitize tables after meals.
  • Maintain emergency contact information.
  • Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc. and deliver/hold as requested.
  • Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
  • Make sure the lobby has been sanitized, cleared of trash and is appropriately appointed.
  • May assist other departments with administrative functions.
  • Complete all required daily shift tasks as per community established by the ED up to and including rolling over the phones at a consistent time daily.
  • Attend all required Relias training, in-service, and staff meetings.
  • Strive to maintain a safe working environment through safe working practices.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Solutions Management Group.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

  • Must have high school education or one to three months related experience or training.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must have experience in a clerical position.
  • Recommended to have basic computer skills.
