An orthopaedic specialty clinic is looking for a Referral / Authorization Coordinator to assist their clinic needs.
This is a contracted, possible temp to hire on position.
Hours - 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch. Monday - Friday.
Duties :
- Contacting patients' insurance companies / doctors to ensure patient has proper authorization to receive treatment
- Constant follow-ups with insurance companies
Requirements :
- Some knowledge about medical insurances
- Some knowledge about referrals / authorizations
The Referral / Authorization Coordinator will be at Fremont OR Hayward, but must be able to travel to other locations.
Pay $22 to $24 / hourly DOE
