Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team. As a Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the dining room staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, arranging seating, and monitoring cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and timely delivery of meals
- Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies and place orders as needed
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses
- Stay updated on current industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or food service management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food production processes and understanding of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in restaurant management software
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high end environment and prioritize tasks effectively
