Must Have:
Strong administrative/HR skills 1-2 plus years
flexibility in handling multiple changing priorities at once
MS Office
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
Duties:
- Phone screens using provided templates
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Running CORI Checks
This person has to
- have a strong attention to detail
- be in office Tuesday-Thursday from 9a-5pm- no hybrid hours at all
- Demonstrated experience as a strong admin
- Demonstrated professionalism
- Able to work independently- and know when to ask questions
- Be extremely confident.
- strong computer skills- Google, Microsoft suite as a min.
