A strong desire to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
A compassionate attitude and sense of dedication to be present every day while working with both clients and your fellow team members
Be reliable and dependable your clients and your team members will be counting on you.
A willingness to learn and open to constructive feedback for development
Because we value the safety of our clients and their families, we do require a background check.
What we require from you :
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 20 pounds.
Bending and squatting for up to an hour per day.
Kids are fast, so the ability to follow a child without restrictions throughout the center (sometimes at a rapid pace) is needed.
