Pinnacle has partnered with an A/E design firm that excels in executing complex MEP projects for the semiconductor industry and Mechanical and Production Engineering, Civil, and Structural projects for land development. Their team comprises experts in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
Due to their growth, they are looking for a Party Chief I and 2. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Directs and mentors Survey Technician I and II
- Directs all phases of work for field crew
- Read and understand plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform survey calculations needed to conduct surveys.
- Operates survey equipment on more difficult and exacting survey work
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ of survey or related experience
- NSPS/ACSM Certified Survey Technician – at least Level 2
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson preferred
- Minimum of 4 year of survey or related experience
- Thorough knowledge of construction, boundary, and topographic surveys
