The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Content Specialist, who will spearhead our social media initiatives by crafting, coordinating, and posting engaging content tailored to our brand and audience. This pivotal role is centered on enhancing our social footprint through strategic content management and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Create original, engaging, and accurate content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Integrate timely trends while maintaining a consistent voice and brand tone across all channels.
  • Engagement and Community Building: Engage with the community, respond to comments, and actively participate in building a positive and interactive community.
  • Planning & Organization: Oversee the monthly social media content calendars and planning content that aligns with our brand strategies across our social channels and create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Collaboration & Brand Consistency: Collaborating with our in-house marketing team to deliver authentic, accurate, and informative content that resonates with our audience, promoting a “story-first” approach in all that we do.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Assist with monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of each of our brands and social campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content curation, or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social media best practices.
  • Strong copywriting skills to craft engaging and effective captions, posts, and articles that align with brand voice.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
  • Time Management - Efficiently manages time to handle multiple tasks, schedule posts, and meet deadlines.
  • Understand branding and the importance of managing brands throughout all social media efforts.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
