Role Overview :
The Construction Project Estimator is a key player in our construction operations, working under the direction of the Director of Construction Operations and the Presidents of Construction. This role involves active participation in construction processes, pricing, and estimating, ensuring alignment with client budgets and expectations. The Estimator is also responsible for maintaining robust subcontractor relationships, facilitating internal processes, and coordinating with Project Managers, Architects, and Interior Designers.
