Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

• Respond efficiently and accurately to guest concerns

• Regularly review product quality

• Organize and supervise shifts, manage the restaurant's overall operations, and suggest ways to improve it

• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations

• Manage the restaurant s image and suggest ways to improve it

• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills

• Proven customer service experience as a manager

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

• Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as Aloha, RSI, TOK or Toast

• Financial management skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
