The Janitorial / Sanitation Specialist will be responsible for cleaning & and sanitizing offices, bathrooms, break rooms, floors, schools, dining areas, public areas, and other facilities as needed by the client. Floor Techs are needed. Experience required in the following areas:
- Carpet Cleaning – hot water extraction and encapsulation methods.
- Hard Surfaces Floors: Stripping and Refinishing, deep scrubbing, and operating floor equipment, including a walk-behind floor scrubber and side-to-side floor machine.
- Must be available for nighttime work, multiple locations, this is a project team that is mobile lead by a Project Team Lead.
- Reliable transportation, must be willing to accept occasional light travel, overnight.
- Education - High School Diploma or GED preferred, but NOT required.
- Experience - No Experience needed.
- Specific Skills - Willingness to learn and develop over time.
- Physical Abilities - Ability to spend 8 hours on feet. Ability to lift twenty-five pounds.
