The Pictsweet Company is growing! Family owned and operated for 75 years, Pictsweet is a frozen vegetable producer with agricultural roots. We are seeking a Human Resources Office Administrator to join our vegetable processing facilitiy in Bridgeville, DE. This position will be responsible for Human Resources and Payroll functions along with a variety of administrative support functions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Human Resource and Payroll functions.
• Processing invoices for payment.
• Enter grower’s information into automated system and process reports.
• Responsible for entering and processing daily production reports.
• Answering phones and ordering office supplies.
• Work with temporary agency to hire seasonal employees.
• Hiring and training of office help.
• Enter Bio-terrorism information in automated system.
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
• Perform all other duties appropriate to the position as requested by the Facility Manager

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 2 years of related work experience
• Ability to work additional hours including weekends during busy season (end of May through end of October)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
