Position Overview:

We are seeking a team-focused individual to join our Franchise Go Team. The goal of this team is to be onsite training and assisting the franchise owners in successfully opening and running their locations. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and make a significant impact in the growth of pickleball while traveling the country. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite training to franchise owners and their employees
• Assist in the soft opening and the grand opening of the franchise locations
• Have extensive knowledge in all the policies, procedures, and programs the Picklr offers
• Successfully work within a team 
• Provide onsite technical support for software systems if needed
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successfully and timely opening
• Requires travel to franchise locations

Qualifications:

• Experience with training employees or teaching adults
• Ability to learn software programs quickly
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Experience with Play by Point is a plus

Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications.

Roles and Objectives

Role #1 - Prepare club for opening

• Continue to assist franchise owner in implementing pre-opening marketing plan
• Assure that franchise owner has everything needed for soft opening and grand opening 
• Assure franchise owner has properly trained staff members
• Answer any questions franchise owner or staff members have

Role #2 - Onsite training for staff and franchise owner

• Answer any questions franchise owner or staff members have 
• Assure the club is running smoothly and within Picklr guidelines
• Provide hands on training where when needed
