The Phoenix Recovery Center, LLC is continuing to grow and looking to hire a part time SUDC for our South Jordan Outpatient and Residential Inpatient facility. Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours a week, including 1 evening group from 6:00p- 8:00p.

· Hold a valid SUDC or ASUDC License

· Be in good standing w/ Department of Professional Licensing

· Become familiar with and utilize the standardized curriculum 

· Attend and support weekly staff meetings

· Assist in completing initial assessments for clients

· Weekly sessions with clients in Residential and PHP
