Fullstack Engineer – AVP / VP (Mid-Senior Level)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain efficient and scalable web applications using React and Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering, specifically developing enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails (preferred).
- Familiarity with modern JS frameworks, particularly React.
- At least 3 years of experience in test automation development using tools like RSpec, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts and modeling practices.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Kubernetes (K8S), AWS, etc.
- Experience with release management and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows, from development release to production deployment.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Kanban methodologies.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative approach to software development.
