Job Summary:
The Philadelphia Protestant Home (PPH), is seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, supervising a team of housekeeping staff, and implementing efficient cleaning procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping management, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training and scheduling
- Implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of housekeeping tasks
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Handle complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with custodial operations in a hospital or senior living setting
- Experience in floor care, including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
