The Pfister Hotel is searching for an ambitious, innovative, flexible human resources professional who will make memorable connections with candidates through meaningful experiences. This role will also oversee Talent Acquisition for Mason Street Grill and Wisconsin Hospitality & Linen Services. Our Talent Acquisition Manager is instrumental in ensuring our hotel and restaurants are consistently staffed with extraordinary hospitality professionals. The role of Talent Acquisition Manager is designed to be knowledgeable, accountable and manage all processes and people involved with hourly hospitality placement.Full Time
