Penn State is currently seeking an Event Administrative Assistant to support the Office of Donor Relations & Special Events, which oversees events for University Development.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Special Events and working closely with central development offices and fundraising units, as well as other University partners, this Event Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Special Events team, including :
This position minimmally requires a High School Diploma / GED or Vocational Training / Degree or higher and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Cvent or an online registration tool, AWA Advance, and Workfront is preferred. The successful candidate will also have :
